HOBY Youth Leadership Welcomes New CEO Nadine Dalrymple

After an extensive national search, HOBY Youth Leadership is thrilled to announce Nadine Dalrymple as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 7th. Nadine joins HOBY with over 25 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of enhancing nonprofit organizations, including her most recent role as Vice President of Site Operations for the Posse Foundation.
Nadine’s career is defined by her entrepreneurial drive and dedication to advancing youth leadership and community development. In her decade of leadership at Posse Miami, she expanded programs, increased resources, and positioned the organization for long term financial sustainability and programmatic effectiveness. Prior to her work with the Posse Foundation, Nadine held significant roles at Junior Achievement of New York and Per Scholas, where she managed programs that empowered young people to succeed.
“I am excited to join HOBY to continue a mission of mine to advance leadership capabilities in students and the next generation. I am eager to bring my skills and experiences to an esteemed organization while contributing to HOBY’s continued success,” said Dalrymple. She continued, “I’m inspired by the opportunity to work collaboratively with phenomenal volunteers to drive the organization’s mission forward and expand its impact.”
Virginia O’Brian, wife of late HOBY founder Hugh O’Brian, expressed her excitement for the organization’s next chapter, “So many years ago, my husband created this great program. It’s incredible to see it flourish. I am thrilled to welcome Nadine Dalrymple into the HOBY family to write the next chapter of this important legacy.”
Shawn Mobley, HOBY Board of Trustees Chair added, “We thank Kristen Hoefer for her outstanding service and leadership, which has built a strong foundation and placed us in the stable, forward-looking position we are in today. I look forward to working with Nadine to build upon that foundation and take HOBY to outstanding heights.”
