The Student Mentorship Program, sponsored by Cushman & Wakefield, is for HOBY alumni looking to build career knowledge and learn from seasoned professionals. The program provides young leaders opportunities to expand their leadership skills, develop professional experience, and gain exposure to career paths. The year-long program will address topics such as career development, professional networking and work/life balance, combined with an introduction to the commercial real estate industry. Local monthly meetings with Cushman & Wakefield mentors will be supplemented with quarterly webinars by HOBY about leadership topics.
The HOBY Student Mentorship program is limited to 10 participants in each metro location: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. Eligible candidates have completed a HOBY Leadership Seminar or Advanced Leadership Academy and are enrolled in high school or college during the 2017-2018 school year.
Local meetings will take place at the Cushman & Wakefield office the first Tuesday of the month from October 2017 through June 2018.. Students will also participate in four webinars with HOBY leaders, scheduled for September 12, January 23, April 24 and June 12.
